Mystical Egypt

We dream, we imagine and we create…

As I had got this whole concept of travel to have fun and also empower the mind, as my new designer travel dream, I decided to jet set and get it going. I planned a trip to the mysterious and intriguing EGYPT. The whole trip was planned to bring about a shift in a person’s self-awareness and purpose of life.

The trip was for 7 nights and 8 days covering Cairo and the Nile cruise. All the places of interest were covered and also there were activities, workshops and meditations incorporated in this trip that were life altering and enriching for the Mind, Body, and Soul. These were the enriching experiences and benefits that I wanted to share with all those who were a part of this trip.

However I would like to also share these experiences with you, the reader, and here is a snapshot of the first adventure that we had.

Day 1

After a direct flight to Cairo, we arrived early morning. Had a traditional Egyptian breakfast, and set out to the museum to see the treasures and the well-preserved Mummies. We then left for old Cairo and the famous Khan El Khalili market to indulge in some local shopping and enjoy a meal at a typical Egyptian lunch home. Later checked into Hotel Ramses Hilton and got some rest. The evening brought along with it activities like Metaphor drawing analysis to know the current state of mind and Chakras checking for understanding our own energy system. Completed the day with dinner in a floating boat.

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the trip to Saqqara and Memphis to see different pyramids, Rameses 2 colossus and a large Sphinx monolith. After a traditional lunch on the go we headed to one of the wonders of the world… the Pyramids of Giza. Right from the time we stepped into the area till we departed, this place was full of mystery, intrigue and awe. We entered one of the pyramids and connected to the energies of Mother Earths throat chakra through a meditation connecting to our chakras, nature’s elements and the pyramid structure energies. A quick visit to perfume and oils shop and then ended our day with dinner at the hotel.
